I’m endlessly moved by the beauty of this world and curious about the ways we experience it. Writing has become one of the ways I make sense of what I observe, through essays exploring attention, self-awareness, intentionality, work, and the changing texture of modern life. I’m less interested in offering answers than in staying with questions long enough to see what they might reveal.

Professionally, I’m a strategic and adaptive leader with a strong background in operations, communications, and organizational effectiveness. I work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to create clarity and alignment, from building rhythms of business and improving workflows to managing multimillion-dollar budgets and shaping executive and employee communications.
Across all of my work, the same principles tend to surface: curiosity, clarity, care, and an attention to what makes work meaningful. I see work as part of life itself, one of the places where we create, contribute, connect, and find purpose.
